Stutter

Similar to this thread:

http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=28032

Ever 15 or so minutes, the screen will "stutter" or freeze for a second. Annoying. Doesn't matter what channel but I'm guessing I need to get in touch with ntl so they can check the box out?

Thanks!

Re: Stutter

Yep if it's happenning on a repeatable basis it would imply that something is up with the signal to the STB, or the STB itself. Put a call into CS faults and see what they have to say.

Re: Stutter

I discovered that if I moved the white cable lead going to my box I could make it stutter myself. So all I had to do was position the lead so that it was held in a position by the back of the TV stand.
