Four attemps to cancel a second phone line!
I have now made four attempts to cancel the second phone line that we had!
On the last attemp I spoke to billing who told me the line has been canceled as it's not showing on the account. So I said "that's funny, I've just tried the line and I can dial out and receive calls on it,. not only that but I've been billed for on my last bill"!.
So I was put through to phone support, they sent a cancellation signal and said "it should be disconnected in about 20 seconds". It's still connected this morning.
Does any one know who I can talk to to actually get this second line disconnected?

Paul, Thank you very much for the help. I have just spoken to Jill at NTL who has sorted the issue for me and the line is now disconnected. She has also given me three months credit as compensation for the trouble.
