Copying UNIX floppies on a PC

Copying UNIX floppies on a PC
Is there any software that is free (and free from spy/adware) that will allow me to copy UNIX disks in my PC, as I need to copy them for a customer, and have not access to a UNIX machine here at work.

Probably overkill, but I suppose you could try a Linux version that runs from CD (e.g. Knoppix)

Before we can help, we need to know what filesystem the floppy is using as UNIX variants use differing types.

Stick it in a *nix box  Sorry mate, I think you're gonna be stumped with this one, Windows support for non-MS filesystems is low on the ground. In all probability danielf's suggestion of downloading a live cd Linux distro will be the quickest option.
