ntl site for to see services used

Is there still a site where you can go to see what services you have and to ugrade them? I think it use to be on ntlhome but I can't see anything on there.

Hi hansi,

I think you might be talking about www.myntlhome.com - this site has been temporarily closed in preparation for some changes in the billing system. What is still available is the site Neil has linked to above, which allows you to upgrade your Broadband speed online; any other changes will need to go via Customer Services on the normal 0800 052 2000 freephone number.
