Password help?

I have an old NTL account from an old address that is still working (craig.williams73) although this is just an additional mailbox. My mum however is expecting an important email to the master "ellen.w" account, which we don't have the password to.

We've since moved house so any idea on how we can access this account? I've tried the NTL password pages but it sends the password to her email account?

Re: Password help?

I suspect that if this is no longer your "Subscribed" account then you are going to struggle, try customer services and see if you are fortunate enough to get someone who doesn't notice that it is an old account. I am assuming here that when you moved house you didn't transfer the NTL account with you, otherwise CS should be able to help anyway in reseting the account password.

Alternatively get the email sent to a different address if you can.

Nah it's no longer our subscribed account - we moved out of here 3 years ago to a temporary house while this place was done up, didn't bring NTL with us though, stuck with BT. Of course we're now back and after a traumatic (to say the least) attempt to bring BT with us here, we decided to come back to NTL.

Irony is my craig.williams73 email works fine and i remember that password 100% - but I don't hold much hope of getting my mothers account details back

I'll try CS and see what they say,
