try the ntl website, just select the package and enter your postcode to check availability in your area.

www.digitalspy.co.uk has channel lists for a few regions.

Why do you want to know the frequencies? If the analogue decoder, which you pay a subscription to NTL for, is playing up, then call them and they will sort it out.

There is a listing at http://www.home.ntl.com/page/analoguepackfulllisting .
Why the need for frequencies though? If you subscribe they will be there and you don't need to know the frequencies.

the analogue output from the decoder (stb) is detected by your TV as only one 'channel' (plus the terrestrial channels 1-5 if the stb has a bypass fitted), the individual programmes within the one analogue 'channel' can only be accessed by using the remote or manually on the stb - so the frequency isn't that relevant as your TV sees it as only one.
