Any Ideas?

For the last three days, I've switched on my PC , and the broadband connection doesn't work. I have to reset my CM and my router.
Is there a simple answer why this is happening? If so what? Can I stop it from happening every day?

Many thanks.

with windows xp I just open a command window and type
ipconfig/renew and it all works again.

So if I type what you said it will work again without reseting my CM and router? But the connection to my Xbox doesn't work until I do reset everything.

now that I don't know, it depends if the cm has locked up or not
all you can do is try it, it'll either work or it wont
