Detail
Broadband customers in the Southampton area may currently be experiencing a degraded service such as slow browsing or intermittent access to email. In some cases service may also be lost completely. Our engineers are working to resolve the issues as soon as possible. Please accept our apologies for any incovnenience this may cause.
Why has this been ongoing for so long?!?!?

Or is it the case that ntl have forgotton to close the issue down?

such as?!? surely people in this area have been disconnecting by the bus full!!

If this was affecting a lot of people ... im sure NTl would move there butts, but im sure theres a very good reason for the long delay, like road works or something,



Ive been with NTl for just over a week and im connecting to the Southampton gateway. I have 180kb all the time, so my connection is not affected,



Very un-happy ADSL experience

Isn't it just a bug in the display?:-

dunno its been their for ages though...if it is a bug its making them look stupid IMO!!
