Help can't use video

Question Help can't use video

Firstly I am a completely new to NTL, and know nothing about it at all. I just got my new STB (samung) and now my video channel on the TV goes blank when I swich on the STB. I am unable to video from the STB. Can anyone help in anyway.If so help would need to be in simple terms as I am a novice.

Re: Help can't use video

I take it that you are using the RF cables to connect them both.
If so, they are both on the same RF channel & one needs moving.

Have you tried using the SCART lead & the AV channel to record from the STB? This should work without the problem until you can get the STB RF channel changed?

Perhaps someone will advise if this is a cheargeable visit.

Or if you or someone you know is confident enough to chnage the channel on it after following some instructions then someone here can proberably tell you how if you can let us know your STB model number.
