Cambridge Slow
Supposed to be 1.5 M/Bit

Bandwidth Down should be 1500. actual 991 Kbits/sec
Bandwidth Up should be 256. actual 11 Kbits/sec
Ping Latency 150 actual 124 milliseconds

Status page doesn't report any problems ?

It seems I spoke too soon.....

Bandwidth Down 1500.......... actual = 1040 Kbits/sec, I think I got lucky with that result, it seemed worse earler.
Bandwidth Up 256.......... actual = 10 Kbits/sec
Ping Latency 150........ 121 milliseconds

For the last two month`s i`ve been billed the extra for the 1.5 meg service but i`m not getting it!

Time i struggled to get through to c.s methinks!!!!!!!!
