STB is working fine, i just rebooted comp and CM again locked on to signal, comp booted normally. Couldnt get back here constantly trying and hey presto this site loaded.

Is anyone else having trouble in Teesside? Is it a local fault or have the engineers buggered the network up?

The box has had a problem it couldn't recover from. If it happens regularly then get a new box, otherwise I wouldn't worry.
Local work on the network would not cause a STOP.
