ntl Cable TV - any faults?

Hello. Can't raise ntl faults line (hadn't realised they were only working 'office hours' nowadays.
Anyway, I've had no cable TV since last evening. Is there a fault going down in NW London for digital cable tele?
If there is I won't bother hanging on the phone when the faults opens.
Ta.

Allen.

Angry Re: ntl Cable TV - any faults?

Just got through to faults, and there IS an area fault inc. NW9, so I'll go and read a book instead.

If any of you happen to talk to the guy doing the accouncements on the fault line, tell him that the letter H is NOT pronounced HAITCH in English, but AITCH.

Grumpy Old Man or what?

Night night.

Allen.

Re: ntl Cable TV - any faults?

It's usually pronounced Haitch over the telephone line so that you should be able to understand what he's saying rather than, say "Eight".

Re: ntl Cable TV - any faults?

I have been unable to receive all my contracted channels for about a month, despite having a new box fitted. Now I can't even get through to complain, if ntl think i'm wating 1 hour for someone to answer a call they must be mad, i've got a life. emailed complaint several days ago still un answered.
Is it time to move to SKY?
