STB died during update

It's been saying 'updating' on the TV and 'tune' on the STB display for at least an hour now. I tried power cycling the STB but that didn't help. Customer services are now closed. Anyone with any ideas?
Thanks,
Nathaniel

Unhappy

I rebooted with the down arrow held down (as I'd spotted in another thread) and it's come back to life. It flashed the number 6002 briefly - I assume this is an error code.
