Re: What is the mid pack?
no. i think he does mean the Mid-Pack or Mid Tier Pack. it does exist!! to find out the channels, you need to visit the ntl Help&services section in interactive and go to TV Packs. and you'll find the list.

According to my info, it's analogue only. "Over 30 channels including Living TV, UKTV Gold and Nickelodeon"

Re: What is the mid pack?
My bill this month had all the price changes in it, and included was reference to the midpack in the digital section. priced at £25. Looked on NTl Home and no reference to it

Re: What is the mid pack?
Good spot - I knew what it was, but could find no info in the new price guide or on the web site.
I thought they had split into 5 packs now to make the transition from family even more awkward, but once you want channels from more than two of these (or 3/5 i think) you might as well be on family pack.

No, that was the old system of top-up packs. You can only have ONE of these mid packs. If you want channels from two or more of these, you HAVE to take the family pack.
To be honest, you may as well have the family pack as it is only £3 more than one of these mid packs.

Re: What is the mid pack?
And we all wonder why this is so confusing.
First they keep changing the rules
Second they bury it deep inside their site,
Third they don't include it in the price brochure
So the mid packs are listed above and you can have one. It costs an additional £7 a month, or alternatly you can pay £10 a month and get all of them.
Glad thats sorted.
