Music channels and Rebooting

Does anyone else have to reboot their NTL STB every couple of weeks to get their music channels back?

No Gary, do you lose them all? If its a persistant fault, I'd suggest calling faults (0800 052 2000).

Sorry Gary, I did sit down and try to work out what is happening. I cannot work out why you lose ALL of your music channels. Just to clarify, you lose all MTV channels (including MTV Dance), and channels like Smash Hits, Kerrang etc? The next time it happens could you do a quick check?
It sounds like an entitlements issue, but the resolution for that would have to be a rehit by CS, a reboot wouldn't fix.

I'm thinking you may have a faulty Smartcard.

I have exactly the same problem Gary, perhaps not quite as frequently, and I don't live too far away (Norwich), perhaps its a regional thing? What stb/bb service do you have?
