Tinky To err is human Join Date: May 2006 Location: Cornwall Age: 82 Services: yearly MOT Posts: 7,472	Back pain I have been diagnosed with 5 fractured vertebrae, caused by osteoporosis, this is giving me a great deal of pain. My doctor prescribed strong painkillers, which only served to give me a sore stomach and made me violently sick. I am wondering if anyone on here could recommend a back brace for upper back, and do they feel it gives relief? Or any other remmedy they think might help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
