Oh yeah I know that but Nord have been very good keeping the ips "clean", they must swap them out but this nuisance is extremely disappointing. Poor showing of Nord.

So some Nord servers are playing ball but the majority are blocking. It looks like a new URL protocol unblocks but some providers are refraining from implementing these changes because it may or may not require permanent VPN requirement.
