Coax cable use

Hi Forum,

I have a Virgin TV Coax Cable from the basement to my first floor flat and a Virgin box connected. I have also a normal Aerial Coax going into the basement and I wonder if I can share the same Coax Cable for Freeview Aerial signals. I know you can do this for Freesat Satellite signals as there are combiners/splitters.

Thank you
Markus

Re: Coax cable use

No, you can't do it. Virgin and Freeview use the same frequencies so they'd clash. You'd also be at risk at causing interference for your neighbours on both Virgin and Freeview.

ps. Welcome to the forum.
