Packet Loss

Hey all

Anyone else seeing issues on their VM connection? Struggling to keep an iplayer stream going.

Download is usually OK around 300-350meg but upload is struggling to reach 15meg.

TBB graph shows packet loss / drops, virgin CS say no issues...

Modem stats all look good.

Re: Packet Loss

No issues here have you tried rebooting everything?

What do your power levels say?

Re: Packet Loss

Yup couple of reboots can be seen on there.

Downstream are 0-1, upstream are all ~40 (or 4 according to the dodgy firmware)

Re: Packet Loss

Screenshots of the upstream page is the way to go

Those steps in base latency tend to coincide with changes to the modcod in my experience - Which would also tally with any noise.

Re: Packet Loss

all good my end. If anything my connection is mint. The bump between 1800-2000 is when my upstream was maxed out and I was uploading at 4MB./sec.
