Probably a more tomato based sauce and perhaps herbs/cheese on top????

Anyway just about to mix up a tin of tuna, some mixed freshly ground pepper, lime juice, olive oil and some fresh corriander and then smother it onto nice chunks of fresh french batons Should go nice with this chardonnay I have but that's a whole other thread
