It's more about psychology (why do you feel different as you get older and how does that affect you and others), sociology (why do some families and people look different to you and your own). And where appropriate biology (why is your body changing), and personal responsibility (when should and when shouldn't you do the things your body wants to do).

All of which contributes to a positive view of yourself and others around you.
I did say ‘and why’. Didn’t need no education!
