Like every year for the last 20 yrs. The NHS has been at breaking point for the last 40 years , but it’s still here ( despite all those Tory governments) it does more than it should and get a phenomenal amount of Money.
The NHS is fine, unfortunately it’s also just a dog whistle for the predictable left knob jockeys
