It's a quite well speccd laptop but still expensive for what you get. i got my last one from

They're very customisable, you could build the exact spec of your alienware pc and see how much it costs at PCS, I reckon you'd save several hundred pounds.
Forgot to add that they have a forum attached to the website where you could get unbiased advice if you post your spec when you have created it
