The slate screen for the hidden BT 4K channel is now showing in the screengrab on DigitalBitRate. It confirms that

Both all-English finals, broadcast on BT Sport, will be available to watch in 4K UHD to all Virgin Media customers with a V6 and compatible 4K compatible TV, here on Channel 532.
532 isn't showing on the EPG yet. Non-4K customers will just have to may do with HD on Channel 100.
