I've been using Palemoon (Firefox derivative) for a few years, with Ublock installed.
30 minutes ago I looked at the Brave website, downloaded and installed it.
Did a quick basic set up of security features, set the homepage and default search engine to Duckduckgo, imported bookmarks etc (nice n easy) and am currently quite impressed with it.
I may find a few hiccups over the next few days, but probably nothing I can't work around . . just noticed if you hover the mouse on a tab it reveals the page, that's handy
