Apologies in advance if this is in the wrong section.

The cable junction box on our outside wall is getting on a bit (it's the original Diamond Cable box from prehistory

) and the cover of it is hanging off, leaving wiring and components exposed to the elements.
I've rung 150 to try and get it fixed and didn't get anywhere as none of the Faults menu options seemed to apply to the situation. Similarly, the Virgin Media help forum didn't seem to have any sections covering outside bits of kit.

So, does anyone have advice as to who I should contact at VM or which menu options would lead to being able to speak the right human operative about this problem please?
