Yes, I'll try everything you've suggested here. I've got an old laptop in the loft, so that's fine as well.

I'm sure I did try pinging the Hitron from the Draytek. But will run that test.
Also ref connected devices, I will try that too. Quite sure I've seen the Draytek listed there, but will test to be sure.
So it's likely to be late tomorrow at the earliest before I post back again. Thanks in the meantime.
