I've just tested it but I can't find any problems. It gives the resume option provided I didn't stop in the last 5 minutes, regardless of what I did before. |
You know what will happen now? It'll stop doing it!
The only other thing I can thing of is they are pressing two buttons on the remote at once and not realising it. I've asked them immediately after I've watched them do it from across the room and the way they describe what they just did is the proper way, so the only possibility is surely they don't know they are hitting another button simultaneously.
