You visit the cashback site create a free account and then if you want to buy something at say Debenhams you type that in the search box and it tells you what % cash back you will get if any, then click through to that site, then eventually you will get some money added to your account.
No tricks or anything it is very simple, just make sure you don't have an adblocker running in your browser so they can track for CLICK.
I use
https://www.topcashback.co.uk/ and you don't need an account to do a search and see what % you will get back.
