Freeview has only limited room for new channels, so there's not likely to be too many new ones still to come. But I'd guess there's a fair chance that anything that does launch will be rubbish. Quality TV is extremely expensive and difficult to produce unless you have a guaranteed income (such as the licence fee, in the case of the BBC, or subscriptions, in the case of Sky), or have the privilege of a 'public service' designation like ITV, C4 and C5.
