Don't forget whichever you go to there is a cost included for the line to supply you, Virgin included (coax in their case) Others either don't include a call package, PAYG calls or anytime calls, etc.
Most of Cardiff is covered by Openreach FTTP so there's more no call package deals out there, all you have to do is refuse Digital Voice when offered it.
