Hi.
Quite often I have emails to my @ntlworld address go straight into my spam folder. Whatever I then do, clicking that it's not junk, to trust further emails from that address or to trust any further emails from that domain, after a couple of weeks the same thing happens. It's very irritating!
It happens on my desktop, where I use Outlook for emails, but it also happens on my iPhone/iPad as well.
I assume I'm missing a trick to stop this from keeping happening, someone please tell me what it is!!!
