Happily, after a night of blood tests and ECG's I was given the all clear but warned about doing too many hours. Sadly, my weakness is I can't say no to people's faces if they ask me to do overtime. Suffice it to say, I am now putting myself first and will not be seeking to push myself hard for a good while yet.
