It's just this ridiculous shock horror "discovery" that turns out to be a possible minute change of risk that just makes me very dismissive of ANY of these results and organisations.
Especially when the next result is the exact opposite of the previous. Just eat a healthy balanced diet with not too many calories and junk and tell the experts to get lost.
