Nick De Marco met Newcastle officials in the Emirates last night amid suggestion that the Saudi Arabia takeover of the club could be completed by March.
That follows restored relations between Saudi Arabia and Qatar and brings an end to the piracy dispute between the nations regarding the Premier League and Bein sports.
As of now, legal action against the league is still ongoing.
