I don't see what the US can do. The country is so ruined than sanctions aren't going to work and they'll remain propped up by China/Russia.

What is more troublesome is what a Russian Nuclear bomber was doing near there at the weekend, they were seen approaching Aircraft Carrier USS Ronald Reagan that was in the Sea of Japan, the Russian bomber plane, was escorted away without incident by two U.S Navy F/A-18 Fighter Jets.
