Unfortunately my tablet is an extension, extra appendage etc. My wife still has her tab 2 but it's unusable for me, I've always had fast tablets and whilst it's ok for her, for me it's as slow as a first gen smart phone.

I've emailed them again, not expecting a result but stranger things have happened.

Other than their deceit the tablets are fine, my wife is chuffed with hers. Quandry
