Wolves and Wigan look like they are pushing the boat out, along with Man City, who look like they are buying whoever is available.
Spurs have made one signing of 6 million, therefore Levy will need recoup that before the tranfer window closes

There's no money about at the moment apart from City. There's going to a late flurry of activity but really needs City to start buying within the Premier League (i.e. Milner) to kick things off.
