Wherever EE have 4G1800 or 4G2600, they have 2G or 3G as well - this is required in order that non-VoLTE calls fallback on those legacy technologies.

In order to make voice calls on 4G and allow seamless handover between WiFi & mobile you need VoLTE which is also why EE's 800Mhz coverage is restricted to direct-PAYM customers.

EE PAYG customers will be the next to get VoLTE access.
