OK, so I have found one of my own photos. It's one I took when I was desperate to see the sea, to view a big sky and a far horizon. Got there and back in a morning and didn't need to wear a mask as the place was deserted. Well apart from a couple of dots at the waters edge, the most extreme social distancing ever.
The second photo is somewhere quite special to me. My mother's family fished from this harbour.
A bit of a hint is that I stayed there most summers growing up from when I was about 5 years old and it took a couple of visits to the local shop before the locals realised I could understand what they were saying about my precocious nature (polite interpretation
). Used to make me giggle when they thought I didn't speak the language.
As the first may be too easy, and I won the first round, I hope no one minds me doing 2.
