Angry Sales Team Issues

Called Customer Services this morning and spent half an hour on the phone trying to get our bill down and see what the best package was.
We were offered a price on the Full House package and we asked what it included. The advisor said she would check and the line went dead.

We called back to discover that the order was being processed. WE DID NOT AGREE TO THIS. So now we're on a bigger package than we want.

Asked to complain and was put through to a 3rd person who was very unhelpful. Refused to put us through to a manager or supervisor to discuss our issue.

Have checked and our TV channels have now changed adding extra channels. No confirmation email.

Can anyone provide a telephone number for someone UK based that I can put a complaint to. The offshore people have been no help.
