Please, this is a very very bad idea.

The *only* situation in which this is ever justified is the point where you have no alternative.

Here is a simpler, more effective solution, with no legality problems.

Switch to a Phorm Free ISP.

Don't hack the ISP. Don't hack Phorm.
Don't ruin the network for other users.
Don't abuse innocent web sites.

Choose freedom.
