One focus of BLM is to protect Black criminals by saying to Police, "you aren't allowed to arrest us". What issues that she expressed, that certain Black people are meant to be objecting to the extent of shooting her?
Mix with Black gang members and there is the possibility of being shot. Time and place are immaterial. There is no place or time that isn't "wrong".
