Basically the same as any commercial service provider … seeing as the FAQs implicitly admit ahead of time the things that can go wrong with the service, they use them as an extension of their marketing by having the FAQs suggest all problems are trivial and easily fixed. None of the problems that actually drive you to read FAQs are ever listed there.
