Netflix does this alot now when they are the owners and only way to see it.

Trek was on CBS streaming service in the USA and was broadcast each week, mainly as all episodes hadn't been finished before they chose to start showing it.
I think Orphan Black is on a channel in the USA and there for whown each week as broadcast telly.
