If as you seem to be saying that your TV has two inputs, but you want to connect more than two devices(V6+PS4+eg Amazon Firestick), you need a switch, not a splitter. A switch takes inputs from multiple devices and selects just one input signal to be sent to the display device(eg TV or monitor).
The 3rd and 5th pictures in
this item from Amazon indicates the device setup. Don't know for sure whether that one would work, but the specs are right(HDMI 2.0, HDCP 2.2, HDR, 4K60). Doesn't have a remote though.
A splitter would be used to send output from a single device(eg V6) to 2 or more display devices(eg TVs).
