When I saw that the "internal" channels were testing, they only had codes for
existing Sky Sports packs. Because of the nature of the additions, I didn't consider the channels names (obviously), the EPG slots or the Sky Sports pack codes to be final. I'm not sure if anything has changed since then. We now know the actual names and EPG slots, maybe there will be new pack codes added at some point...
