Some of the channel numbering you mention seems strange e.g. ITV3 should be on 115. And there is no such channel as ITV5.

FreeSat HD boxes automatically swap identical HD variants of channels if they are available, hence why 102 is BBC2 HD. The swapped out SD channels are still there further up the guide with a higher number.

Rather than list them I suggest you visit the TV Guide page on the FreeSat website, as it has all the channel numbers down the left of the screen. You'll find all the Stand Definition version that have been automatically moved if you scroll down.
