I believe so, looking at your graph I can tell yours is probably newer than his, most people graphs looked like his before the update.

Just to add, the firmware I mentioned fixes the graph but won't fix your brother's speed issues.

What speed is he getting on ethernet and what is he paying for 200 or 350 as 300 doesn't exist?
