Angry No internet or tv service

I have had no service since the 3rd Nov despite ringing all day everyday since this and being disconnected after every hour.i was finally advised I will have a new cable fitted today before or by 6pm,I have kids studying from home and also am working from home due to covid. We have no more data on our phones to fall back on and i am now advised I will have to wait until 19th November leaving me without service at all for 17days.
